These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at Reach01.com ("the Site"), operated by Reach 01 LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (India) ("Reach 01", "we", "us", "our"), carrying on business as an advertising and marketing firm. By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act), and the rules and regulations made thereunder.
The Site is provided as a marketing and information channel for Reach 01. It is not a contract for services, and nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide advertising or related services within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Engagement of Reach 01 as a service provider is subject to a separate written agreement executed by both parties.
Reach 01 is an advertising company. Content on this Site may promote Reach 01's services, showcase client work, and present industry information. No content on the Site constitutes a guarantee of advertising results or outcomes.
All content on the Site — including text, images, code, design, logos, campaign materials, and downloadable resources — is owned by Reach 01 or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India), and other applicable intellectual property law.
You may view the Site and download or print a single copy of content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission. Unauthorised reproduction may attract liability under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the IT Act, 2000.
Case studies and other client work shown on the Site are published with the consent of the relevant clients and remain the property of those clients or Reach 01 as set out in the applicable engagement contract. The presence of a client logo, name, or work on the Site does not constitute an endorsement of you or your business by that client.
Reach 01 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. As a Data Fiduciary, we process personal data only for the purposes for which consent has been obtained and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.
As an advertising company, we may process personal data for purposes including responding to enquiries, improving our services, and — where you have provided express consent — for marketing and promotional communications.

Reach 01 adheres to the Code for Self-Regulation in Advertising issued by the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI). All advertising content and marketing materials produced or published by Reach 01 are required to be legal, honest, truthful, and non-harmful, and to observe fairness in competition in accordance with the ASCI Code.
Reach 01 also complies with all applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting with respect to advertising content.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Reach 01 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site.
Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk. These disclaimers do not override any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian legislation. Reach 01 does not disclaim liability to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Reach 01 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law, including rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any exclusion of liability that is contrary to public policy under Section 23 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 shall be of no effect.
You agree to indemnify and hold Reach 01 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable Indian law.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the IT Act, 2000, and the DPDP Act, 2023.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Disputes relating to personal data processing may also be referred to the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023.

Complaints or concerns regarding content or data must be submitted to the Grievance Officer in writing. We will acknowledge receipt and endeavour to resolve complaints within 30 days of receipt.
